OC Register, LA Times, KPCC, Westways Provide Coverage of Eichler Home Tour

Preserve Orange County’s Eichler Home Tour and Eichler Romanza events on May 18- 19, 2019 were given a boost by media attention in the weeks and days leading up to the tour. AAA’s Westways Magazine seems to still be widely read in Southern California. The May/June 2019 issue of the Southern California editions announced the tour in the Current Events section. Once it landed in member mailboxes, Preserve Orange County received a large number of telephone inquiries about the tour.

The Old Towne Orange Plaza Review, a local tabloid based in Orange, CA, provided generous coverage in not one but two issues, starting with the March/April 2019 issue. CA Modern magazine, published in San Francisco, also described the tour in a friendly article in their Spring 2019 print edition. You can read it here. The two big newspapers in the region also spilled some ink and gave us good publicity. The Orange County Register and the LA Times were enthusiastic about the tour. Even Architectural Digest online provided a link to the tour’s event page!
