Historic resources on the Watch List are not immediately in danger but their mid- to long-term protection isn’t assured. Their condition and use may be in limbo, sometimes for many years. In some cases, their rehabilitation or restoration is being planned or is at a stand-still, or they are in good condition but their ownership is in transition with the building. In cases where an owner is indifferent or the resource isn’t listed or locally protected, these properties are vulnerable.
